Are
Park Holidays was established in 1984. Our Parent Company Sun Communities Group was established in 1975 and is the largest operator of Mobile homes, Recreational vehicles, and marinas in the US, with further prime locations in Canada and the UK.
In the UK Park Holidays UK is made up of beautifully situated Park Leisure Parks, and fun and family friendly Park holiday locations, each with its own unique character and excellent facilities, our focus is bringing smiles to all our guest's faces.
Our caravan holiday parks stretch across the UK from Cornwall in the West, Suffolk in the East and up to Yorkshire and Scotland in the North.
Each of our holiday parks is in a unique setting. Most are in stunning coastal locations, with some inland in the countryside. We have some great park facilities on offer, including swimming pools, bars, restaurants and entertainment.
Established in 1975, Sun Communities became a publicly owned corporation in December, 1993. The company is a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol: SUI.
As of March 31, 2023, the Company owned, operated, or had an interest in 671 developed MH, RV and Marina properties comprising approximately 179,700 developed sites and approximately 47,990 wet slips and dry storage spaces in the U.S., the UK and Canada.
